Potential safety issues with solar panels were known to a council for more than a year before a fire broke out at a primary school this month, following a similar fire at a community centre in June 2024.

Professor James Alexander, who once played in a Heavy Metal band, pays tribute to Ozzy Osbourne as a pioneer of the genre that for many young men supplies an identity and lifestyle. Yes, it's weird. But it has its place.

In a conversation with a GB News editor last week, Paul Homewood was reminded just how little understanding there is in the media of how much Net Zero is going to cost us. Time to spell it out in terrifying detail.

"You are free to Travel here, to live here, but you cannot Earn Money for Seven Years"

category national | worker & community struggles and protests | opinion/analysis author Wednesday October 25, 2006 12:02author by C Murray Report this post to the editors

Cabinet Crackdown on Migrant Workers. and Reid does the Same.

The Cabinet decided to disallow Romanian and Bulgarian workers to work in this economy
for seven years after the accession of these two states to the EU on January first 2007.
At the same time John Reid in Britain has severely restricted the influx of workers from those
states to: A small grpoup of skilled people, 20,000 agricultural workers and the self-employed.

The Irish Cabinet of the Failtes has gone a step forward than Reid and will no doubt
be advertising Ireland of the Welcomes through Bord Failte when the release states
That you can live in Ireland, you may eat in Ireland, you may visit freely- but you cannot
get a job without a work permit and you are not allowed to access any social welfare
benefits.

Thus - you may live here without the fianancial capacity to raise your children , or
to access medical care/mortgage/schooling. "We want your tourist money, but ye can
fuck off if you think you can have a job"

This marvellous diplomacy and discrimination at internatiuonal level amongst two
of the richest economies in Europe is telling. Reid is currently embroiled in a
diplomatic row and the nation of Begrudgers that we are ,are rationalising the
issue of why the most corrupt administration since the foundation of the State
is doing this- It's the economy , of course.

After seven years from accession, the people of Romania and Bulgaria will be
allowed to work here. They may be allowed to get pregnant here and access
materntiy services and over-priced creche fees. Or even buy a house and
contribute to the economy.

The limits are these:

1.No working in Ireland without a work permit.
2.Firms wanting to hire them will first have to prove they cannot get staff elsewhere.
3. No Jobs
4.No social Welfare.
4.No house-buying.

It does not say what happens if you are already trying to live in this expensive, corrupt
economy. If you have children here with special needs that are blossoming due to
access to health services etc.
